Student Vote: Students are encouraged to go to room 151 or Reading Room 224 of the Library today at noon to place their vote.
Students will no longer be called to the Detention or Student Success Zone rooms at lunch so if you were told to attend by a teacher, please be there at the appropriate times. Detention is at 11:45 in room 149 and SSZ is at 12:00 in room 257.
Quick reminder from Student Council that the signup sheets for the hypnotist and for the grad event will be posted in the lobby today, Wednesday and Thursday at lunchtime.
Calling all Artists! The 2019 Arts Coffee House Mug Design contest is now open! All designs must be on an official mug template which can be picked up from Mr. Strickey. Enter as many time as you wish. Designs are due back to Mr. Strickey by Friday, April 26th. Good luck and be creative!

Round 1 of the 2nd annual cribbage tournament will wrap up this week. All players need to get their games in by the end of lunch on Friday. Mrs. McQuaid’s room will be open at lunch hours for anyone who needs a place to play. Keep track of your stats on the sheets provided and hand them in to Mrs. McQuaid.
Encounters with Canada is Canada’s largest youth forum. Applications are now available for students in Grade 10 and 11. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to come together to discover their country through each other, learn about Canadian institutions, meet famous and accomplished Canadians, explore exciting career options, develop leadership skills and live an extraordinary bilingual experience for one week. Information and applications available in Student Services with a deadline of Friday, April 26th, 2019.
Session today at the RCMP “L” Division Head Quarters 450 University Avenue at 11:30 am for a presentation on RCMP training Academy and a career with the RCMP. Lunch will be provided to students. Students need teacher’s permission to attend and their own transportation to and from. Further info available in Student Services.
