No Art Club after school.

 

There will be a brief Step-Up meeting at the beginning of lunch in Room 132.

 

Reminder the application deadline for the Forum for Young Canadians, National Student Commonwealth Forum, Rotary Adventure in Citizenship and Model UN are due Monday, November 18th.  Fill-in application available on the Student Services Website.

 

On Tuesday, November 19th at 10:30 am, Lori Loane Executive Director, from the Federation of Agriculture Farm Council will be at Bluefield to talk about the Farm Technical Program (Blue Seal).  Students must sign up on the Student Services Website or see Elizabeth.

 

Saint Thomas, Memorial, and Dalhousie Universities will be here next week for presentations.  Students must sign up on the Student Services Website or see Elizabeth

 

November 15th is the deadline for the Legion Poster and Literary Contests. Online applications available on the Student Services Website and in Student Services.

 

Graduates are reminded to sign up for their graduation pictures that begin next Monday. The link to the appointment times can be found under the student tab on Bluefield’s website. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Coughlin or Mrs Ryan Koughan.

Reminder the Opportunities in Social Studies, Forum for Young Canadians, National Student Commonwealth Program, Rotary Adventure in Citizenship Programs and Model UN deadline is November 18th.  Applications available in Student Services and in a fill-in application on Student Services Website.

 

Lori Loane, Executive Director of Agriculture in the Classroom, of the PEI Agriculture Sector Council will be at Bluefield on November 19th, to talk about the Blue Seal Tech Program.  Students must sign up on Student Services website, or see Elizabeth in Student Services.

 

Representatives from Saint Thomas, Memorial and Dalhousie Universities will be at Bluefield the week of November 18th – 22nd.  Students must sign up for these presentations on the Student Services Website, or see Elizabeth in Student Services.

 

There is Math Club today at 12 in Mrs. Coughlin’s room. All students are welcome!!

 

No Art Club tomorrow after school.

 

There will be an intramural committee meeting today at 12pm in room 239.

No Anime Club after school today.

 

The AAA mens volleyball team defeated Gray 3-1 in a semi final to advance to the Gold medal match next week.

 

The AAAW Women’s team lost 3-0 to Rural last night in a semi final match. They will compete for Bronze next week.

 

Fall sport uniforms are to be turned in to Mr. Boudreau.

 

The first try out for the men’s #1 basketball team is this evening at 6:45. The members of the men’s volleyball team are not permitted to attend.

Student Services News

 

The Rotary Youth Exchange Information Session will be held tonight, Tuesday, November 5th @ 7:00 pm at the Charlottetown Rural Lecture Theatre.

 

Tonight, the University of New Brunswick will be at Credit Union Place in Summerside.  Students must RSVP to attend.

 

Wednesday, November 6th representatives from Acadia University will be here for a presentation and students must sign up to attend.

 

Wednesday, November 6th, University of New Brunswick will be at the Delta Prince Edward, Charlottetown.  Students must RSVP to attend.

 

Thursday, November 7th, representatives from the University of New Brunswick and Renaissance will be here for a presentation.  Students must sign up to attend.

 

Thursday, November 7th, Saint Mary’s University will be at the Delta Prince Edward in Charlottetown, students must RSVP.  Application fee waived with transcript.

 

Friday, November 8th, – UPEI and HOLLAND COLLEGE OPEN HOUSE – Students must register prior these OPEN HOUSES and upload and bring transcripts too.  See Elizabeth in Student Services to get your transcript.

 

Men’s Soccer meeting at the beginning of lunch in Room 239.  Bring your uniform!!

Extra Family Skates next week at the APM Centre:  
Friday, November 8 – 10:30am to 11:30am
Thursday, November 14 – 10:00am to 11:00am (Changed from Preschool  to Family skate)
Friday, November 15 – 10:00am – 11:00am
Fees $2.50 Adult, $2.00 Student & $1.00 Pre-school, $7.00 per Family

 

All fall sport uniforms excluding AAAW & AAAM volleyball can be turned in to Mr. Boudreau.

There are also a few outstanding athletic fees that can be paid to the athletic department.

 

The first try out for AAA Women’s basketball team will be on Wednesday from 3:30-4:45. Any members of the AAAW volleyball team are not permitted to attend.
