There will be a Friday Daily Special tomorrow in the cafeteria: Homemade Roast Beef Dinner with potatoes, savory gravy, vegetables and a buttered roll for $6.25.
In celebration of all our Fall sports, Bluefield will be hosting its first tailgate party of the year next week! Next Monday there will be not 1, not 2, but 3 soccer games hosted at Bluefield starting at 4:30pm. Drinks and hot food will be served down at the tennis courts right after school courtesy of Mr. Nabuur’s culinary class and Student Council. This year’s menu will feature pulled pork sandwiches, street corn and mashed potato poutine.
The Bluefield Christmas Craft Fair will be held Friday November 2nd, and Saturday November 3rd. This is a great opportunity to stock up on Christmas gifts. Any students wishing to sell crafts at the fair need to complete a student vendor application form in main office.
Have you ever dreamed of swimming in the Mediterranean, visiting a Castle in Ireland, or kayaking in a jungle with monkeys? Well here is your chance. The Bluefield travel club will be holding an important information meeting tomorrow (Friday) at 12 noon in the art room. The trip will take place in June 2020, and all grade 10 and 11 students are welcome to attend.
The first Noon Hour Concert will be held on Tuesday, Oct.23 as part of Octoberfest. Anyone interested in performing, please sign up on the sheet posted on the music room door.
Friday, Oct.12 will be the final day for band students to put their name forward for the PEI Senior High Honors Band. Please see Ms. Blanchard today at noon in the music room to get a registration form.
Information Session for the Rotary Youth Exchange Program, on Monday, October 22nd at 7:00 pm in the Lecture Theatre at Colonel Gray High School. This session is for any student interested in going abroad on an Exchange during the School year 2019-2020.
